Dead Man's Blend is our Rum Barrel aged blend. We age this blend for 8 weeks in oak rum barrels and then roast carefully to a medium dark profile. 
Cup Profile: Smooth aromatic flavors of caramel, praline pecans and toffee as well as hints of star anise, cinnamon, ginger, black peppercorns, and clove.
