Where does Weird Brothers Coffee source and roast their beans?
We roast all of our coffee at our Roasting Factory location in
Herndon, Virginia. We work with a Café Imports, a domestic importer, to facilitate the purchase of green coffee from all around the world. We currently source coffee from 10 different countries.
How often does Weird Brother Coffee roast beans?
We roast daily every Monday through Friday. Our roasting team takes the weekends off.
Are Weird Brothers Coffee beans certified organic?
We are not a certified organic roaster. However source and roast many Organic coffees. We also source from many smaller independent farms who grow and cultivate their coffee organically but can not afford the official Organic Certification. Organic certification would
requires farmers to pay a hefty annual fee for a crop that isn't necessarily their main source of income. In turn, we would have to remove those
single origins completely to comply with facility certification certification.

When does coffee hit its peak freshness?
Our coffees reach their peak flavor at between 14-30 days. We package our Coffees in sealed bags with a one-way gas valve immediately after roasting. Coffee typically needs at least 2-3 days after roasting to rest for degassing.
During this period, carbon dioxide in the beans is released and volatile
organic compounds that contribute to the coffee's flavor begin to settle.
How long is coffee considered fresh?
From our taste testing, our coffee can retain its flavor profile for up to three months in an unopened sealed bag stored in a cool dry place.
Once the bag is opened, you have a maximum of two weeks to enjoy coffee before staleness sets in.
Am I able to purchase a coffee subscription?
Yes, you can absolutely subscribe to our coffee!
Whether you want fresh beans delivered every week or just a bag every six weeks, we’ve got you covered. Pick the schedule that fits your coffee rhythm, and we’ll handle the rest.
How long does it take for my online purchase to get shipped out?
We’ll get your order packed up and on it's way within two business days!

Does Weird Brothers Coffee offer free WIFI?
Yes, all of our locations offer a complementary WIFI for all of our customers. Each location has a password posted. Please ask if you do not see it.
May I pre-order and pick up my order?
Yes, absolutely! Weird Brothers Coffee offers a free mobile ordering app, so you can order ahead with just a few taps. Prefer the classic way? You can also call your favorite location and pay when you arrive.
May I request delivery?
We don’t currently offer delivery, but you can order ahead through our mobile app or call your favorite location for quick pickup or curbside!

Weird Brothers Coffee offers a limited selection of Gluten free and Vegan pastries as well as several alternative milk options for drinks. However we are not an allergy free kitchen as some of our offering do contain nuts and other allergens.

Does Weird Brothers Coffee offer catering for large or small events?
Absolutely! We cater to both large and small gatherings. Prices vary depending on your selection. For bigger events, we ask that you submit a catering request form. For smaller events, you’ll soon be able to order directly from our website, but for now, the form works perfectly. We can’t wait to help make your event extra delicious!

What type of events does Weird Brothers Coffee cater for?
Weird Brothers Coffee is available for catering drip coffee, tea, and pastries for small get togethers or office parties to large school, community or corporate events. We also offer espresso service for large events when available.

Not anymore, but don’t worry! We’ve got a fully loaded coffee cart that we can easily bring to your event or venue, so you can still enjoy Weird Brothers coffee wherever you want.

What is your policy for outside food and drinks?
We do not allow outside food or drinks in our cafés, so we can ensure the best experience and quality for all of our guests.
What is Weird Brothers Coffee policy on electronic device use?
You’re welcome to bring your electronic devices into our cafés. Please be mindful of others by keeping content appropriate for a public space and using headphones for any audio to avoid disturbing fellow customers.
