Crimson Chalice is our Red Wine Barrel aged blend. We age this blend for 8 weeks in oak red wine barrels from Fabioli Cellars. Then we roast carefully to a medium dark profile. 
Cup Profile: Notes of tart cherry and cranberry with an earthy, sweet tobacco leaf finish with a hints of jasmine and herbs.
